ALL Deposits are 25% of total booking cost and required to confirm your booking within 4 weeks of provisional enquiry. Bookings may be removed if deposit is not received within 4 weeks. Deposits are non-returnable unless cancelled by venue.
FULL payment is due 6 weeks prior to the first day of your booking and is strictly non-returnable unless cancelled by venue.

** Should you wish to book an equipped camp site for day use at peak periods (Saturday & Sundays between April & September and during school holidays) there will be a charge of £30 plus day visit fees.
** If you have a small number on your camp you may be asked to share facilities at peak times.
IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE
ANY Cancellation within 3 months (13 weeks) of date of arrival will be charged at FULL RATE, you are agreeing to this when you confirm your booking.
ALL prices are inclusive of heating, lighting/power, and other fuel costs (subject to the booking T & C’s’) where applicable.
CAMPERS: We have a wood pile but we cannot guarantee it to be full – you may need to bring your own if open fire cooking, please check before arrival.
